How do I report on JIRA dashboard by Fiscal Quarter?

I can put together via rich filters a Created issues trending dashboard by Quarter. However - we want to track by fiscal quarter - which for us - Q1 starts Feb 1. 

Is there a way create trending chart on that?

can't you create a filter like this....

project = myproject and create >= startofyear("32d")

then use monthly duration? I don't think you can redefine your quarters unfortunately.

Hi Jack - thanks for the suggestion.

That filter would give me a correct start date.... but the Quarterly timeline show on trending will still be off, and yeah - monthly is one workaround - and we'll just need to sum up manually by fiscal quarter. 

We'll probably compare that workaround to creating smart filters with hardcoded periods - which will work well - just have to maintain that smart filter every quarter....
