How to create or set-up a Group/Teams in Jira Service Management and assign specific request for that group.
For ex.
Group 1 has a service request(common request (get it help, setup VPN), etc.) and incident requests
while Group 2 only has limited request only service request (get it help). Is this possible?

This is possible, just have to do group, a field and automation
