Hi @Kim Kancauski ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

Unfortunately, this feature is not existing in JIRA natively (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-5185).

There are a number of ways to achieve recurring issues in JIRA:

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Just a note: our The Scheduler is available for all hosting options: Cloud, Server & Data Center :)

Hi Fabio Racobaldo _Herzu

For closing the ticket we have any scheduled job option for Jira Data center

Eg:-

if the Story marked the status as "Ready for Delivery"   after 15th day if the story is not closed then we can implement any scheduled job to close that story.

It is possible or not.
If yes guide me for next steps

Hi @Kim Kancauski

Welcome to the community.

Some alternatives;

  • If you have Automation for Jira, you can create a scheduled job to create automated issues.
  • You can write your own service.
  • You can use Jira Rest Api to create issue from outside.
  • Also there are some add-ons which provide this functionality in the marketplace.
