Is there a way to get my account set up on the Jira App so I can access projects on my smartphone? I get it on the internal network using my domain user/password, but how do I access the same info on the smartphone app?
HI @brobu,
You just download the App from your particular mobile app platform store. I download mine from Apple store. All I do is enter the Jira cloud URL, and then user name and password. Then I am able to access all my projects as I would on a desktop.

Hi Ben,
Here's the issue: I received the link to my company cloud site, and I can easily log in using my internal Active Directory login. I can see projects, tasks, Dashboard, etc. Now I downloaded the Jira App on my phone, managed to log in using my company email address (took a few steps to verify and create a password). On this app I am prompted to ADD SITE, so I added (or so I thought) my company's name as a site. The app created a new site with this name, but it's a blank site, where I am the only user, admin, you name it, and has nothing to do with my original site on the PC, where I have all my projects. Now it looks like it's impossible to delete this new site from my home page on the App, so I am stuck with a useless site every time I open the app, because that is the site attached to my email now. There is nowhere on the app where I can type in the actual cloud URL.
Thoughts?

HI @brobu ,
You shouldn't have to create a new login. If you did, that means that new login with your company e-mail has no access to the site as you didn't see the cloud site. Whatever credentials you use to login through your PC should have been the same for the app.
You can switch the site or add a site by going to your profile.

Hi!
I believe I have the same problem. If I log in through the link provided by my org. I go through a branded portal and login with my work credentials.
If I log into Jira directly with the same credentials, I end up in what looks like a different environment, with other sites (that belong to my organization, but not the one I can access through the link.)
Any clue?
