I am trying to setup batching for email alerts - but I don't see Batching email notifications as an option in my navigation after going to System.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Batched notifications are enabled in cloud sites and the default time interval for the same recipient and issue is batched up to 3 minutes of inactivity with a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes.
In terms of being able to configure this batch window, Atlassian has an item in their development backlog to address this:

Right now the interval isn't an issue. I just can't find where to setup the batches in the first place. THANK YOU!!!

The documentation, you are mentioning, is probably for DC Jira, not cloud.

But you are able to use it, @Audra Bell . Configuration is not available, but the functionality is turned on.

@Audra Bell Have you tried to check how notification schemes for your projects look like? Probably it would help you to adjust them.
