How do I turn off the activity stream on the JIRA systems dashboard for a single user?

Our group has the activity stream on our systems dashboard in JIRA. Is there a way to turn off the activity stream for a single user? Said another way, we don't want specific activities to be visible in the activity stream. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Peter,

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can turn off for only one user.

However, you can create some filters for the Activity Stream gadget, not displaying specific information, just the information you want.

In the settings of the gadget, you can add an "Global Filter", that should help you.
