Hi community,
In Jira Cloud, how do you see/change the sprint(s) that a story is currently associated with? I was expecting it to show up in the set of fields on the right pane of the issue view, but it doesn't seem to be there.
Thanks!
Hi Weyn,
Sprint corresponds to a field that you can add to the screen where you want to see it. In Jira settings-> Issues -> Screens, select the screen where you want to see the sprint value and if it's not there add it:
If the field doesn't show in the screen but you've added it as described above, you can verify if the field is "hidden", by clicking "configure fields" as showed in the picture below:
You can assign the sprint by editing the field or by dragging and dropping the story from the backlog to a sprint in the backlog view.
Let me know if this helps or if you need more details, I'll be happy to break it down more :-)
Carlos
Thank you very much, Carlos. That worked. :)

@Carlos Garcia Navarro what if you don't see the 'field tab' portion? I'd like to be able to add the sprint number to our story cards so it can be easily changed other than in the backlog view -- but mine only says 'kanban default screen scheme'
