Regarding ticket creation, I've made an automation custom fields in the ''Description' field for when a ticket is created.
The custom field appears when the ticket has been created
Am i able to add these fields for it to show in the pop-up when a ticket is being created? so that the team can add all the details required at the first stage (pop-up) and not having to go back to add the details?

In default "out of the box" Jira it's impossible. Only with additional add-ons, like ScriptRunner, where is Behaviour.
