How do i change status of all projects bugs?

Admin had done changes in status workflow of project setting for single project but after finishing setup, all our projects bugs status get change "in progress" status. i want to get back from all changes for status workflow. Will you please suggest me any solution for this.

It is not clear what has gone wrong here, so there's several possible answers

If the admin changed the name and/or type of a status, then you will need them to undo the change, and then go back to why they did it and probably get the config for the other users separated from yours.

If the admin changed the workflow and removed a status, you will need them to put the old workflow back, and then bulk-edit the issues that were in the old status back into it.

If the change was one you did want, but the admin put your issues into the wrong status when removing the old one, then you'll need to bulk-edit the affected issues to push them into the right status

Hi @kratika Tiwari,

Your Admin has changed a shared status which used by other projects workflow. 

If your admin did want to change only the statuses of one project workflow, he/she should add a new status.

Normally, Jira suggests to make a copy of the modified workflow, you can use that copy to rollback your changes. Otherwise, your admin has to do it manually.

One small precision : I assume that "Admin had done changes in status workflow". So the admin has not removed statuses/transitions ...
