How do i create a template for Stories for the projcet?

I am trying to implement a template for the stories in my project.

I am using the option under ( Issue templates --> Manage Templates --> + (Plus button) )

But, whenever I click the button, I am getting an error message.

Is this the right way to create a template or is there some other way?

Issue Templates aren't native to Jira - do you know which App you are using to create the template?

If you could also provide the error message, that would be great!

I have already created a template for Bug, but I am not sure if i have used the same option. :-(

When you say template, do you mean the issue's screen? Or is this an actual templating app?

For the error above, have you tried reindexing Jira / your database?

1. I have created a template, that would reflect when a user creates a bug.

2. I dont think i can reindex Jira, as I am not an admin.
