How do make comment on a specific comment?

In confluence its a nice feature to make comments on any specific comments. how this can be performed in JIRA?

Hello,

You can use threads in comments only for Jira Server and it can be done only with additional app:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Threads are not available for Jira Cloud out of the box and I am not aware of any app.
