How do we attach emails to JIRA (non developer)

We want to add emails into a story/card within out of the box JIRA (basically wanting similar ability to add an email that is in TRELLO).

How on earth can we do this please?

Hi Anastasia, don't you have field Attachments when you go into the ticket. You should be able to attach an email here.

Thanks for the response - yes that it there, but I would have to save the email on a drive somewhere which is not what I want to do.  I want to attach an email and it's content directly from gmail or outlook into JIRA.

Then you should get a JIRA Outlook plugin. It is a perfect plugin that allows you to do many things.
