Looking to find the sprint retrospective button on the completed sprint.
Hi @Oya Gumustop Yuksel ,
Do you know if your Jira project is using a 'Team managed project'? (Have a look here if you're not sure What-are-team-managed-and-company-managed-projects)
We have just released this as a feature for Jira cloud for Team managed projects - previously it was only available for Jira Server.
Now when you complete a sprint, you should see a checkbox that asks if you'd like to create a retrospective using Confluence using a template.
If you try it out and have any questions about it, send me a message :)
Andrea
hey @Andrea Ho , can we edit the retrospective template that's being auto-generated when we decide to create a retro when we close a Jira sprint? Like a newly updated template because we don't want to edit over and over again the template after every sprint. Thanks!

Hi @Julia Ysabel Yuzon Thanks for your question, not at the moment, but I've just added it to our feature requests for improving this workflow and will let you know if we have updates on it. I'm interested to know what kind of updates you want to make to it if you're willing to share - perhaps we can improve the template for you? Feel free to email me at aho4@atlassian.com with any details of your ideal template.
Thanks, Andrea.

@Andrea Ho Is the "create retrospective" checkbox feature available for Company managed projects as well? It is sorely missed and needed.
If so, how do I activat it?
If not, when could/will it be available?

@Eddy Lambert May Thank you for letting us know! Not yet sorry, it's only in Team managed projects at the moment, but I've flagged your request with the team owning this so that hopefully it can get prioritised!

Is there an option to upvote the feature request in the team funnel?

@[deleted] I had a quick look on jira.atlassian.com to see if there were any existing tickets that you could vote for but didn't see one - your best bet is to create one there under Jira software cloud, then we can start tracking them.

Hi there! Following Andrea's comment, I created the Feature request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-26687 to gather the feedback and interest in getting Sprint retros in Company-managed project, feel free to share your thoughts in it, as well as voting for it!

Hi @Oya Gumustop Yuksel ,
I'd recommend to use Confluence for retrospectives where there is a template that you can use to facilitate the session. Do you have or use Confluence? These articles have cool tips.

I am told that JIRA has an automated form that is generated from the sprint. But I do not see this under reports.
