Specifically for Jira Product Discovery, when I want to add a new user, the box is checked to add that product, but I would like it to default to NOT be added to users. I realize I can uncheck it but I would like the default to be unchecked.
Check the groups that you have assigned to your products. For example if jira-software-users is the default group that gives you access to Jira, and it also listed under JPD as one of the groups, the user will get both.
Thanks Mikael for your response. I had also opened a ticket with Atlassian support asking the same question, in which they told me there is not a way to uncheck the product as a default. However, there have been many folks requesting this feature and that I could add my comment to request it as well as vote for this item to help get it on the road map. I have done that! So to you and anyone else that thinks that feature would be helpful, please vote here! This seems like a no brainer to have.
