How does the Log Work button be displayed in the first level?

Hi guys, do you know how to display the "Log Work" button on the first level? I don't want to hide the button in the second level which brings inconvenience when I do the daily logging work.

welcome to the Atlassian community!

On a server/data center instance you can do that just editing system-issueoperations-plugin.xml file.

Please edit the weight of Log Work button using the following guide https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/issue-view-ui-locations/
