How many Big-Picture licenses is enough for the organization?

Hi everyone,

I want to buy licenses for my company to use but I don't know how much is enough and cost-effective?
For example, my company has 200 employees and 05 managers.

Apps for Jira need to be licenced at the level your Jira is licenced, so if you have 200 Jira users, your Big-Picture app needs 200 Jira users as its licence.

Exactly as @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned, due to Atlassian technical prerequisites, any Jira plugin must match the Jira instance's user tier to which it is applied. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly.

I understand that what you are asking may come from the need for not giving access to Portfolio, Resource, etc.  Please note that  BigPicture has an advanced permissions system that allows for restricting access to some parts of the system.
