How to Enable Roadmap View

Hi, I am the Project Manager and tried to create new Project to track issues.  I am unable to find the option to enable Roadmap view in this "NetEng_AnT_Forward Networks".  Could you please help to provide me access to enable the Roadmap settings for my Jira Board.

Can you provide more details on what kind of Jira project you have created? Is it a Jira work management or Jira software project?

This is a Software Project.  I had used the option "Agile Team Project Intermediate" to create the board and when I see the project details, the Project Type is 'Software'
