You have a team-managed project, so you must follow the steps in this documentation here:

Go to Project Settings > Issue Types > Select the issue type > Edit Workflow.

Note: for team-managed projects, it is not possible to share workflows as we do in company-managed project.

Hello, @Tech Admin - SK Finance Limited . I hope you are doing well.

To add a new Workflow to a project you have to go to Project Settings > Workflow. You can add existing workflows, edit your current one or change your workflow scheme.
Here is an Atlassian Documentation showing the steps to create, edit and associate new workflos to a project.

Note: if you want use the same Workflows in multiple projects you can use the same Workflow Scheme sharing it among them.
