I am experiencing an issue where issues is automatically created from an existing automation. Now, I want to trigger another automation based on the creation of those issues. How can I achieve this?
You can do this by creating a second automation rule with the trigger "Issue created" (don't forget to define the correct scope for the rule). On this second automation rule, you have to make sure that the flag "Check to allow other rule actions to trigger this rule" is enabled:
