Hello everyone,
I just need some help to know how i can look into the Attachment Path.
the path is in the configuration file. I don't know where that is in Cloud, but Atlassian would have set it up for you. I don't understand why you would need it. Uploading and opening attachments doesn't require it.
And there's not a way to link the cmd with the path to see the attachments path?, and well we need to see what is in the folder and download all the attachments.

No, you have no access to the infrastructure behind Cloud systems.
To get all the attachments use Admin -> Backup and restore to get a complete backup of the system, but bear in mind you will have to cross reference every file with the issues they are attached to to work out what each one is.

But, when i try to do a backup, it shows me that the file will be located in the attachment path. Is there another way to download the backup zip?

The Cloud "generate backup" screen churns for a while and then gives you a link to the download of the backup.
I'm not sure what you mean by "located in the attachment path", because when I use "backup", I get a link to download the backup.
