How to add AD group to all projects in Jira/confluence instance

Hi Team,

I am trying to add multiple AD groups for all the projects in Jira/Confluence instance. Could you let me know how we can achieve this by using script/API?

Please change jira version and see exactly how it looks for you (Probably nothing change but better check).
