How to add a URL when status changes

Hi,

Is there a way by which we can add a URL as a comment / set it as a label in a pop-up screen when transitioning an issue?

Our requirement is that suppose, once a call status is updated and it moved to another status, a URL (static) either gets added as a comment or when transitioning we can set something on the screen.

Hi @Mayur Gaikwad_Tech PMO , is this a static URL that gets added or is it something the user performing the transition needs to fill in at the time of transition. If static the I recommend using automation. If on demand then if you are using CMP then you can present a screen at transition with required URL field.

• trigger - work item transitioned to xxxx status
• conditions - as needed to ensure the action is only done when desired
• action - comment on issue
