Hello,
I am contacting the community today because I am stuck on a subject:
We would like to create a button on our Service Desk project, which would be displayed in a section of the Agent View Screen.
By clicking on this button, the Assigned Team and the Request Type system field would be changed automatically.
Do you have any idea on the way to do it?
We have Scriptunner installed on our instance.
Thank you in advance :)
The best way to do this would be creating an automation rule that is triggered manually. You can make the rule only available to your agents. It wouldn't be a single click button, but you'd be able to execute it similar fashion by clicking "rule executions" and then selecting the automation to execute.
Hello Mark,
Thank you very much for this quick feedback !
We are using Jira Server, do you know if there is a way to make an automation run manually ? I thought it was a Jira Cloud option.
Thanks !

@support for vo - Ahh, I missed that you're not on cloud. There is a marketplace app - Automation for Jira - Data Center and server that you could try out for that functionality. There's a free version and paid. Here's additional detail on it:
