How to add a new status to all project's tasks, that all statuses can be transitioned to?

Hi all,

In our company Jira, we have a project with two task statuses: Negotiation and Rejected. I'm trying to add another status: Done OR Resolved.

So I went to the workflows and added a new option that all Statuses can be transitioned to 'Resolved'

Although if I go to review the workflow diagram it still doesn't have Resolved status
