How to add authorized applications

When I use the JIRA issue macro in conference, it shows that I have no permission. I found that conference does not have the permission of my account to access JIRA.

Is there any way to increase the access of conference as an authorized application

I'd check the two products are linked together first.

it is linked,Everyone else has no problem using this macro. I wonder if it was caused by a user who initially rejected the data connection verification of the two applications
