Hello guys,
I am trying to create an automation rule
Day 1) Adds automated comment on a particular issue in JIRA 9Already in place)
Day 2) After 72 hours add another comment as a reminder to the customer
After 116 hours - Close off the issue automatically with a comment
I did find something similar called Schedule but I cant find in my own project
Please advise

If it's Jira Service Management Server/Data Center, it might be possible to do something similar using JSM Automation.
If you need something more powerful, you'll need an App which can handle this automation - such as...

We do not have such apps unfortunately. The platform is very simple at the moment
