I am trying to set billing permissions of our Atlassian account for one of my users, but we can not reach the http://admin.atlassian.com/billing interface. The side drop then back to http://admin.atlassian.com/?
The user is also Org admin. Can a user has both the Billing admin and Org admin permission?
Hi @Christian Schulze , can you navigate to the billing admin section by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right and select Billing? From there you can choose any project and manage billing to get to billing details.
No, can not reach the billing section. But at the moment there is no billing admin in our company, perhaps that is the problem?

If the billing contact left the company, please contact Atlassian support and select the Billing option.

Have you confirmed that you are using the new billing experience that leverages the Billing Admin role?
Based on the documentation only a current Billing Admin can modify the Billing Admins.

If you have no billing admins, you may need to contact Atlassian directly to get assistance with adding a billing admin.
