Add your field to all screens you want to view or edit the field.
It will be shown if it has a value. Empty fields are not shown by Jira

Alright. I saw it after I input value when editing the bug.
Is that Posibble to move the field under People section instead of edit bug screen?

I would like to add a "Quick Note" field under People if possible.
