How to add guest account to view project details?

Hello,

When I try to add external account to add and view tickects I get the following error:

You can only invite people with ***.com email addresses. .....

I have admin permissions. 

How to possible to append users from external domains?

Go to Administrator settings and select user management.

Then select Create User. You should be able to add a user with an external email address.

Once you have created that user go to your project and on the far left side select the invite team button.

Then you should be able to go the issue and assign it to the external account or add them as a watcher.

What is your process to invite users ?

As site-admin, from users screen you should have no restriction:

[Salman.Arshad]

but this user will have access to all projects, what if i want to add a guest for a particular project only.
