Since upgrading to a recent version of Jira, I am having trouble with text formatting. When I comment on an issue, the editor uses rich text, so codes like {noformat} don't work. How do I get this feature back? This is what the editor looks like and none of these buttons allow for preformatted text.
Note: I know about the code snippet (```) and code format (Cmd+Shift+M). But I prefer {noformat} for multi-line log file snippets.
Hi,
Jira Wiki Markup is no longer supported in the cloud. See https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Core-questions/How-do-I-use-Jira-Wiki-Markup-in-new-rich-text-editor/qaq-p/1020018#U1208535

Actually there's more to it than this. Wiki markup still works when creating a new issue. But it's not supported when you edit an existing issue. Here is a screenshot of creating an issue, and another screenshot of the editor after it's created.

Did you get a fix for that? It's annoying to be able to use Markup on creating but not in comments!
