How to allow an assignee to be able to remove the attachment from the particular issue?

The assignee to the particular task in JIRA Software can't remove previously added attachments.

Hi @Aleksandra Stopczyk-Kilanowicz 

So basically you need to make changes to the permission scheme of the project , you wish to give the user the ability to remove the attachment .

In permission scheme you have two permission , you need to add the assignee to this permission 

Delete own - the attachment which the user added can be deleted by him on any issue 

Delete all - the attachment added by any user on any issue can be deleted by the one having this permission
