How to assign the global permission "Bulk Manage" in Jira This is needed to migrate and merge the roadmap into one Jira project.
The user is already an administrator and a developer.

Go to global permissions and add a group the user is in into the bulk-edit permission.

Hi gents,

You also need to set some other project permissions, such as Move Issues and Create Issues in destiny project. Please go to the Managing project permissions documentation for more details.
