How to change free apps to paid apps on the Atlassian Marketplace?

For ex: In 

Xray Test Management for Jira there is a pricing tab available in the menu. How to bring that pricing tab in our addon

After you add license support to your plugin when you upload this updated version to the marketplace you'll be able to choose pricing details and this tab will become available.
