How to change layout of Issue Subscription (add columns & change to table format)

I have a personal filter created, and I set up a personal subscription on the filter. However, the email only includes the Key & Summary columns, and it is in text.  I would like to add more columns plus change the layout to show it as a table (HTML?).  Is there a way I can do this?

Hi @Desiree_Anson 

Usually, you would see a list similar to the one you see in Jira, with additional columns included based on the filter's setup.

If it's only showing the Key and Summary columns, it's most likely your Email Notifications Format is set to Text not HTML in your personal settings.

To check/change this:

  1. Go to your profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. Select Personal Settings from the drop-down
  3. Check the Email Notifications Format option
  4. If it's Text, change it to HTML
  5. Save the changes

@Ste Wright Do you happen to know what to do if the subscription looks like this instead of columns? The first thing I checked was the Notification format, and it's set to HTML, so it shouldn't be the reason.

Thanks in advance, I'm a bit desperate here and I appreciate any tip
