How to change the default assignee at "applications" level

In my project for each applications there are different default assignee I need to change those assignee but I am not getting from where i can do

@Ayush Pathak if you go to 'Project Settings' in the left hand menu bar and then choose 'Details' from the next left hand menu bar you should be able to change the default assignee for all tickets in that project.

Hi Stephan that is for all the issues, But here there is a field called "Applications" so for each applications there are different default assignee but Idk from i can change that.

@Ayush Pathak you can do that through automation:

 

  • Trigger: Field value change for "Applications"
  • If: Applications = "First" - Action: assignee = "Assignee 1"
  • Else If: Applications = "Second" - Action: assignee = "Assignee 2"
  • Else If: ...
