How to check if a custom field is used for one or more automations?

I am looking to get a list of automations that is based on one or more custom field. For Example, Automation 01, Automation 02 uses Custom Field 01.

I’m not aware of any easy solution. What I would do is to export the automation rules and search for the fields in the exported file.
