How to clear default text in a custom field when starting to type

I'm creating a custom field, and I would like to include a default text in the content to show to user what to type, and them, when I click on the field this default text disappears and displays only what the user typed, and if I clear this typed text it returns to the text standard text created.

Your best option is to get your admins to remove the junk they have added.

Tks for the answer, but I´d like to keep the text as shown in the printscreen above, but I want to customize this text and/or include it in custom fields so that I can include any default text as it is in the background.
