When I clone an issue, it always be created originally with the default workflow status. I want to clone the issue's workflow status also with its transition history. Is there any way to make it happen?

Thank you, Ollie. Is there any other way except for plug-ins?

Hi Alex,

We have a plug-in "Adaptavist ScriptRunner for JIRA". Can this plug-in make my request happen?

@Jason Liu yes, but you have to write some groovy script.

Hi Alex, our need is to copy the original issue's transition history. Is that can be done by the Elements plug-in or Scriptrunnner? All we can think is to use a script listener to make the newly cloned issue transit to the right status. But by this, the transition history will record the time of clone, not the original issue's transition history.
