Hi,
We would like to ask on how to set it up in JIRA? To automatically create a JIRA Ticket, to all emails sent to a mailbox. Can you provide steps on how to configure it?
Thanks,
Mykee

Hi Everyone,
thanks for helping me on this. After checking I have not been provided an Administrator account to JIRA, my colleague will grant my access later. But we really need to configure this one. Prior to have an access to mail handlers is there anything that we need to check first?

I have never connected a shared mailbox with Jira. I think you should create a separate question for it.
