How to create a automation that when a certain word is writing it edit the analyst?

A example, when a jira arquive have the word dog i can automatically change the analyst to ''Dog Person'', anyone knows?

You should be able to achieve using an automation that it is trigger when an issue is edited or updated (it will create great overhead on your rules), and the as condition run a JQL for the piece of text you are looking for. Finally you can assign the issue based on your requirements and use a if else statement in your automation if several assignees are needed

Yes, it will work too as far as it is configured on the event to be triggered.

Please consider that depending on your plan (if Cloud) or your on-premises environment and the amount of tickets to be read, automations may throttle.
