I am new to using JIRA and Confluence, so still getting my head around it functionality. What I want to be able to do is have a document in Confluence that contains all open/in progress tasks that I watch (this would be all task that my team are involved in). I manage a team of staff and we have a weekly work in progress meeting, I want to have one place to look at to see what we have on the books regardless of what project it is in.
I have tried using the macro: watched issues, but I can't export it out into a word document. This will be needed as there are others in the wider team that don't have access to Confluence.
I need the list to include: Key, Project, Summary, Assignee, Due Date, Priority and if possible recent comments.
Is this possible? Or is the Watched List macro the best option? Or is there another, better way for me to do this?

Been some time so here's hoping I'm giving you the right info:
Firstly you would need to set up a filter that would include issues you want to get shown in Confluence.
If understood correctly, basically everything you're watching, therefore something similar to:
' watcher = yourUsername '
To prevent accumulating everything old and resolved, likely you want to modify it to filter away that stuff, such as:
' watcher = yourUsername AND (resolution is empty OR resolutiondate > startOfWeek(-1)) '
i.e. Issues you're a watcher of, that have not been resolved yet or have been resolved since the previous week. Feel free to modify as needed.
Make sure to save this as a filter, and do make sure to set appropriate filter permissions to make the filter visible to others. Since you mentioned multiple projects, likely shared with any logged-in users would do better to start with, and narrow it down later on if this is working.
Once you have the filter saved, ensure you're in 'List view' (shortcut "t"), and via 'Columns' dropdown on the right set up the columns you want visible as you listed.
When you have the filter prepared, head over to the Confluence page where you want it added and add "JIRA Issues/Filter" macro - this should allow you to specify the filter.
You might want to keep in mind though that anyone trying to view this filter in Confluence will need to authenticate on the JIRA instance first in order to see it - they still will require "Browse projects" permissions in all projects to see all issues properly.
You should be able to get a solid PDF/Word export from the page.
