How to create task issues in next-gen Jira

Dear Jira Community,

I've been experimenting with the new project interface and have started a mock-up project.

When I try to create a new issue, I can only select between "Epic" or "Story" issue types, and I can't find a way to create a "task" issue.

I am not sure whether this is because of the project style preferences, or if there is a functionality I am not interacting with to access this ?

@Manuel Garcia, welcome to the Community. Go to Project Settings > Issue Types > + Add issue type
