How to delete filters not created by me in Jira

Hello. I have quite a few JIRA filters for current projects but created by a former employee that I need to delete as they're no longer used. I can delete my own filters, but not any created by other employees. I am a Jiira administrator for my cloud installation. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please see the screenshot

Admin > System > Filter > Click Delete for the filter which you want to delete.

It's in the System Menu - under Shared Items.  You can delete them from there (if you have the right powers)
