How to determine what Projects a User has access to?

I'm trying to see all projects that a USER ID may have access to. Is this possible using a JQL if so what is that JQL?

JQL only searches for issues, it does not look for users or access rights.

You'll need to work through all of your permissions in all of your projects to find this out.

Hi @Bradley , JQL queries issues not projects so it cannot be used to accomplish your goal. You should be able to do this using the APIs or consider the Marketplace apps.

Well this was not what I wanted to hear. One would think JQL would be able pull against Users since it's part of a Jira Project.
