How to disable create branch option for a task in JIRA

How to disable create branch  option for task in JIRA and enable  create branch option for subtask created out of main task for same JIRA issue id.

Currently, it is not possible to enable/disable the Create Branch functionality in the Development Panel based on specific parameters. There is a feature request to limit or disable the Create Branch option, which you can view here: JSWSERVER-14931
