Since some time I've the Jira Excel Add In. I do not know where it comes from, but I do not need it. It was starting up with every Excel. Our IT support was able to remove it. So for new Excels it is fine from now on. But in a lot of very complex Excels the Add-in persits.
==> How to remove thie completly?
- There is no COM Add-in or somthing similar.
- Where is it installed?
- I do not need this Add-in and I never installed it.
In your Atlassian profile under "Connected Apps" remove Jira Spreadsheets under "Apps with access to your accounts"
Thanks for your answer, under "Connected Apps" there are no connected Apps any more, but the Jira Cloud Add in still pops up every time I start an Excel...
Where ist it installed or stored?

Can you try clicking on Home -> Add-ins. Then Go To My Add-ins.
On the right side you will see Manage My Add-ins.
Click it, it will take you to office 365.
There try to hide it and see if it helps remove the add in.

there we were able to de-install the Add-in. But in all Excels, I've opened, while the Add-in was active, I've now the Jira Cloud window. And I'm not able to switch it off.
The exact way for me is: Home - Add-ins - ==> There is no way to disable any more... There is also no area with "office 365"
