How to do bulk clone if we're using JIRA Cloud without using any additional plugins?

1) Bulk Clone within next-gen project

2) Bulk Clone from next-gen to Classic-Jira project

Thanks Vero Rivas!

I already tried to move the issues directly from next-gen to Classic-Jira project. But information on the custom fields are lost during this transition. So looking for options to clone the issues.
