How to do Jira DB refresh activity and copy Prod data in to Staging Jira

Hi ,

  I have a question like this below.

     How we do refresh Jira DB and copy data from prod to Staging environment. Please give me the proper answers for this query.

Most of us would sync the attachments with rsync, and while that's running, do a simple database dump of production, restore it in staging (after making sure we've disconnected staging from the production network, set up the "don't process email" stuff etc), then log into it, change the base url and put the developer licence in place.

Hi Nic,

We have done a DB refresh from Jira Production to UAT. After the refresh, i started up the jira nodes, but jira failed to load.

Could you help me out with this?
