I need help for intallation the transfer comments from Customer portal to the ticket in the project of Jira Software. I have to change smth in the installation of the project JSD or JS? Or need to create new automatization's rule - Synchronization Customer Portal and Project JS?

Are you asking about how to transfer comments made to a JSD Issue into a JSW issue automatically? Are the issues linked? I would direct you to use an addon. I use Automation for Jira but also consider others Scriptrunner or Powerscripts especially if you already have one of these.
