How to download a form in PDF

Good Morning, I use the form app in my software of JIRA, and I want to know how to download and save it like a PDF and not save it in a XLSX.

Can anybody help me?

In Jira Service Management Cloud (not Jira Software), you can download a form from an issue:

To download a form as a PDF or XLSX file:

1. Go to the issue with the form you want to download or delete.

2. Scroll down to Forms.

3. Find and select the form you want to download.

4. Select Download PDF or Download XLSX.

I can not find the option of forms in the issue. Let me paste you a photo of the problem.
